1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TapTennis.app, you agree to these terms. We keep it simple: this app is for tracking tennis scores and sharing them with others.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create a TapTennis account. A valid date of birth is required during sign-up and cannot be changed after account creation. If you need to correct your date of birth, contact support.

Users under 16 who wish to activate a public recruiting profile must obtain parental or guardian consent through our in-app consent process. Parents and guardians may revoke consent at any time.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use TapTennis.app for its intended purpose. While we strive for high uptime, we aren't responsible if a local internet connection drop causes a missed score update.

4. User Content

You are responsible for the match data you enter. TapTennis.app does not claim ownership of your match scores, but by using the service, you allow us to display that data to the viewers you share your link with.

5. “As-Is” Service

We provide this app “as-is.” We aren't liable for any “heated debates” over a score that was entered incorrectly during the heat of a match!

6. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to the service if it is being used for spam or to disrupt the experience for other tennis fans.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TapTennis.app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
